All items are handcrafted. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before shipment. Because each piece is individually made and finished, processing times may vary slightly. Estimated timelines are provided on product pages when applicable.

Orders are shipped via USPS using standard shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you promptly and fairly to resolve the issue, in keeping with our Return & Refund Policy.
