2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud or error.

3. Processing & Shipping

Because items are handcrafted, processing times may vary. Estimated production and shipping times are provided on product pages when applicable.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

In brief:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
Natural variations in handmade items are not considered defects.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

5. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
